Handcrafted antique wooden chair

High-backed chair in neo-Renaissance style, made of finely carved solid wood. The backrest features a rich carved crest with floral motifs and small turned pinnacles; below, a pierced frieze and a series of shaped columns give great movement to the structure.

The seat and backrest panel are padded and upholstered in velvet with vertical stripes in olive green and Bordeaux, secured along the edge with decorative brass studs. The front legs are turned and fluted, while the rear legs are more linear; all are stiffened by an elegant shaped crossbar that ensures the stability of the chair.
