Il lampadario è arrivato rotto. Ho scritto all venditore ma ancora non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Sulla scatola non c'era scritto fragile. 
 Bastava scrivere fragile e non sarebbe arrivato rotto. 

Ci dispiace molto per l’accaduto. Purtroppo il lampadario è arrivato danneggiato durante il trasporto e ce ne scusiamo sinceramente, anche per il ritardo nella risposta.

Come concordato abbiamo annullato la vendita e rimborsato interamente l’importo.
Stiamo già migliorando l’imballaggio e aggiungendo in modo ben visibile la dicitura “FRAGILE” sui colli per evitare episodi simili in futuro.

Non trovo corretto scrivere nella descrizione di un oggetto che pesa circa 500 g quando in realtà  pesa poco più di 100 g . Non è un errore giustificabile, a maggior ragione se l'oggetto è di argento.

Unique Objects

Occasionally, two different bidders may show up in the bidding history with the same bid amount. This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.
