Jardinière - Gilt bronze

Impressive jardinière, both in size and design. In characteristic Art Nouveau style and dating from the late 19th to early 20th century.

The jardinière from France is made of gilded bronze and has an iron inner container. The plant holder is richly decorated with floral motifs and typical art nouveau loops. In the center of the jardinière, on both sides, a woman's head is depicted.

The object is no less than 50cm wide. The depth is 18cm, and the height is 19cm. The jardinière weighs over 4 kilograms.

The jardinière is in good to very good condition, especially considering its age. There are no noteworthy signs of use; only the inner tray shows some rust spots. Please view the photos for a good impression.
