This ear-handled vase features a rustic texture and natural ash glaze effects, which are characteristic of traditional Iga pottery fired at high temperatures.

The bold yet understated form reflects the wabi-sabi aesthetic deeply rooted in Japanese ceramic culture. The surface shows natural variations from the firing process, giving the piece a strong sense of presence and individuality.

The work comes with its original tomobako (wooden storage box).
