Description from the seller
Barbe Rouge, by Charlier and Hubinon. The complete series in 13 volumes by Dargaud.
Complete set of 13 volumes in excellent condition.
Volumes 1 to 4: reprints from 1995 (noting a printing error on the back of volume 3).
Volumes 5 to 13: original editions.
Born in 1959 in the pages of the weekly magazine Pilote, the Demon of the Caribbean was created by two comic book geniuses, Jean-Michel Charlier and Victor Hubinon, a duo also responsible for Buck Danny. The series was later taken over by Jijé and Lorg, Pellerin, Gaty, Ollivier, Perrissin, and Bourgne. This new edition of L'intégrale Barbe-Rouge allows you to discover or rediscover the fabulous saga of the bloodiest pirate of the Antilles, 'the prodigious adventure of a young boy thrown into the midst of relentless battles and desperate boarding actions that pitted pirates and sailors of the King against each other during the glorious days of sail-powered navy...', as Jean-Michel Charlier wrote in the very first issue of the now legendary journal Pilote.
The shipment will be sent with tracking and insurance, as well as careful packaging.
