Nikka Knight Armour Set with decanter & 6 short glasses - n/a

A rare and iconic piece: a Japanese Nikka whisky set in the shape of a medieval knight's bust. This superb collector's item dates from the 1960s-70s, a period when Nikka offered original special editions of its whiskies, intended as much for tasting as for decoration.

1 thick glass decanter in retro style (empty),

6 matching whisky glasses,

all concealed in a decorative metal armour case that opens, with red interior storage.


Design:
The bust depicts a knight in armour, with remarkable detail on the helmet, visor, ornaments and opening shoulders. A gold chain holds the moving side parts in place. The whole piece rests securely on an integrated base.


Condition:
Very good overall condition for its age, no chips on the glasses or decanter. Empty item, sold for collection or decoration.
