Description from the seller
Hand-painted picture with acrylic paint on a wooden panel, in the Art Nouveau style. Year: 2015. Dimensions: 30x40 cm. The painting is inspired by the famous 1902 poster by Alfons Mucha that portrays another milestone in the world of women, featuring a woman in the foreground, beside her bicycle.

Art lover of art and painting of great artists, Stephanie Tansini has chosen a path of artistic study, first attending an art-focused high school and then the Academy of Fine Arts, where she earned a diploma in painting techniques and restoration (2003). She has exhibited in several group shows in Rome, Turin, Milan; has participated multiple times in the Naviglio Grande art exhibition (MI) and in the Tre Giorni in Piazza in Pizzighettone (CR) in 2024/2025. Her painting is characterized by bright and vivid colors. She favors the use of acrylic and oil paints, but she also experiments with other techniques and materials such as enamels, watercolors, and pastels. Her preferred subjects are landscapes and depictions of human figures in the Art Nouveau style (Liberty). Her artistic research draws inspiration from artists such as Alphonse Mucha and Gustav Klimt, reinterpreted in a personal way, giving the works an original and recognizable character.
