This wine remains for 16 months in cement tanks where it has just completed the malolactic fermentation and stabilized. It matures between 24 and 30 months in 225-liter barrels (90% American oak, 10% French and Yugoslavian) with an average age of 15 to 16 years. Bottled in special frosted glass container. A minimum of 36 months of storage in bottle rack in the cellar drafts before being commercialized.
