The Peat Monster is an absolutely fabulous whisky that everyone would love. There are few things more enjoyable and accessible, even if you hate peat whisky.
Compass Box The Peat Monster is a blended malt whisky, made from a blend of mostly Caol Ila and Laphroaig single malts.
It has notes of orchard fruits, coastal flavours, the smokiness of a driftwood fire, and medicinal peat notes.
Bottled at a satisfying strength of 46%, it is of natural colour and non-chill filtered.
This elegant whisky is creamy and intense and, we argue, accessible and enjoyable to everyone.

The Malt Whisky Collection range from Compass Box is lit by The Story of the Spaniard, a blended malt scotch whiskey aged in ex-sherry casks and Spanish red wine.

Full, soft and sumptuous on the palate with flavours of citrus peel and pears poached in red wine and spices, is a whisky ideal for late evening sipping or stirring into a cocktail.

The name is a nod to the casual meeting of the founder of Compass Box with an eccentric man in the south of Spain who introduced him to the world of Sherry for the first time.
