Six 500 ml bottles of Frantoio Galantino limited edition extra virgin olive oil, PDO Olio EVO 100% Italiano, from Puglia, Italy, new in its original packaging.
Description from the seller
Lot consisting of 6 bottles in LIMITED EDITION of 500 ml., containing extra virgin olive oil produced by Frantoio Galantino, PUGLIA - ITALY.
Il Frantoio Galantino is located in the heart of Apulia, amidst churches, monuments, trulli, and castles. It is a land of centuries-old olive groves, crossed by transhumance routes and the 'Strade dell’Olio' (Oil Roads). It is the region with the highest production of extra virgin olive oil in the world.
Il Frantoio Galantino is on the outskirts of Bisceglie, a picturesque town of medieval origin overlooking the Adriatic Sea, an ideal place for olive cultivation but also a popular tourist destination, a hub of entertainment, and an important archaeological site.
Galantino extra virgin olive oil, produced by cold pressing with stone mills, is obtained from carefully selected olives of the typical Apulian varieties Coratina and Ogliarola. Its balanced aroma and flavor, combined with very low acidity, make it an exceptional oil for raw dressings; when used in cooking, it adds flavor and digestibility to foods.
Ideal for dishes with a balanced flavor, salads, soups, risottos, and sauces. Also excellent for cooking and frying.
