Sculpture, mixed technique, street art. Part of the Iconic Dog series from Haring in 100 ways. Made from sustainable materials, aesthetically finished and varnished. The sculpture is authentic, unique, and a one-of-a-kind piece. It also functions as a design item, timeless and adding value to the interior. The sculpture is hand-signed. Marie-Jeanne van de Velde (MJ), born on October 15, 1957, is a trained contemporary Flemish artist from Ronse, Belgium. Website: https://www.mjmad.be, Arts and Crafts by MJ. Instagram: /bymjmad. Born with an artistic eye and a passion for painting, sculpture, jewelry, and ceramics, she creates under the name MJ. Her work can be abstract or figurative. The material can carry aesthetic or symbolic meaning within the context of the entire piece, sometimes retaining elements of its original identity. Her career began as a professional painter in 1988, and she has since become a talented ceramist, always experimenting with new materials and techniques. Currently, her sculptures are made from mosaic. Her style is heavily influenced by Cobra, Miro, Haring, Picasso, and Mondrian, often offering a new interpretation of these influences.
