Rare first edition in volume, in a luxury edition with the original publisher's binding in parchment, stamped with the title and decorations on the spine, applied nerves, and an original ribbon (partially frayed, as is customary).
Elegant print in black and red on fine paper, typical of the Treves editions from the early twentieth century. The title page features a rich ornamental frame.
Copy not bound subsequently, not restored, complete.
