The artwork will be sold with an authenticity certificate on the photo, which includes the export permit and the museum appraisal from Cernigov, signed by the director and the expert, stamped, with the archive registry number and the date.
biography
Ukrainian painter, member of the Kiev section of the Union of Ukrainian Artists since 1984. Born on June 28, 1950, in Kiev, into the family of the famous artist Matvey Borisovich Kogan - Shats. Graduated from the Kiev State Art Institute (1974). Teaching specialty - V. Shatalin. Painter. Participated in exhibitions in Great Britain, Japan, and former Soviet Union countries. Major works: “Sednev. Morning” (1975), “The Day of the Tankman” (1985), “Moscow” (1991), “London. Spring” (1998). Member of the National Union of Artists (1998). His works are in collections in Russia, Great Britain, Japan, Israel, and the United States.
