Meyer's universe comprising images of the principal and most important faces, both natural and artistic, from all parts of the world, with descriptions thereof - Amsterdam, bibliographic institute, 1839 - Volume 4 - 160 pages + 46 engravings - linen binding with gold on the edges.
Good. Edges are flat and the spine slightly discolored. Interior pages show foxing, only a slight foxing. No table of contents as issued. Some engravings are slightly out of focus.
Contains all 46 plates.
