Description from the seller
Lot with reserve price
Andrea Giorgi is among the most internationally recognized Italian artists:
TOP 10 sculptors of 2024 and TOP 50 artists out of 129.000 in 2025, according to one of the leading online art platforms
Artist biography Born in Italy in 1974, Andrea Giorgi worked for over 20 years as an interior designer, including 12 years in the megayacht sector. Since 2008, he has been one of the pioneers of Italian digital art, with exhibitions at international fairs and shows. His works decorate luxury environments, including prestigious yachts, and are part of high-profile private collections — including Ferrero’s.
Since 2016, he has also been a digital sculptor:
His sculptures are present worldwide
He was among the first sculptors to sell on Catawiki, where he introduced iconic characters such as boxers, figures emerging from magazines and walls, and his famous reticular sculptures
Many artists today offer variants inspired by his style
Philosophy and production Andrea Giorgi designs all his sculptures entirely in 3D, which are then printed in Italy using technologies ranging from plastic jet to advanced laser printing. The laser versions are hand-painted by the artist. The most exclusive series are cast in lost-wax bronze, in collaboration with a renowned Italian foundry.
Opposed to the pop/street art trend that often merely colors prefabricated sculptures, Giorgi defends authenticity and original design. His philosophy, shaped by the luxury world, is clear: “LESS IS MORE”. Production is intentionally limited, and weekly sales on Catawiki are selective.
