Irina Biatturi, winner of the Audience Award and the prestigious President's Award at the 2023 Florence Biennale in Italy, acclaimed as the best European artist at World Art Dubai 2024, and a former student of the Nicolae Grigorescu Academy of Fine Arts (Unarte) in Bucharest, has been dedicated to painting since her childhood. Having lived in various countries, including Mexico and New Zealand, she now considers Antibes her home and artistic hub. Her captivating oil paintings, focused on themes of women and sensuality, are deeply influenced by the elegance of Art Deco, the organic forms of Art Nouveau, and the radiant atmosphere of the French Riviera, where she has resided for over two decades.
Her oil paintings evoke a sense of peace and tranquility, inviting viewers to immerse themselves in the glamorous and enchanting atmosphere of the 'Roaring Twenties' on the French Riviera. Her works are now part of numerous private collections and have been exhibited in prestigious galleries, museums, and art exhibitions.
