Antique French pocket watch – spindle escapement – manufactured in 1797 – runs very well –
Hand-engraved work – Rubinlager – complete with key.
For sale is a beautiful, antique pocket watch with a classic style.
Spindle locking (Verge Escapement), manufactured in the year 1797. The engraving on the
Worktop reads 'Granhurot 1797', which belongs to a French watchmaker.
Indicates the epoch. The work is exceptionally richly decorated and finely handcrafted.
