For sale is a beautiful, antique pocket watch with a classic style.
Spindle locking (Verge Escapement), manufactured in the year 1797. The engraving on the
Worktop reads 'Granhurot 1797', which belongs to a French watchmaker.
Indicates the epoch. The work is exceptionally richly decorated and finely handcrafted.

The movement functions perfectly and runs smoothly. The dial, the hands
and the work is complete. The case is made of brass and shows the
typical age-related patina
A note: The small stop pin (Case Pin), which is usually part of the work and housing.
Fixed, missing. This allows the work to be easily removed. This pin can
can simply be replaced by a watchmaker.
