De Moncler 'Mathis' is the epitome of refined outerwear. This is not a standard sporty jacket, but an extremely luxurious, sartorial model for the modern gentleman. The jacket is made in a beautiful, matte fabric blend with a high percentage of wool in a distinguished light brown shade.

The brilliance of this model lies in its versatility. The thick, knitted wool collar can be folded over like the lapel of a blazer (perfect over a suit), or fully closed for maximum warmth. The double zipper intentionally stops slightly above the hem, allowing the coat to fall nicely open at the bottom for freedom of movement and a 'tailored' look, while a storm flap with snap buttons (also lined with wool on the inside) ensures it can be completely windproof.

It is an extremely functional jacket with multiple pockets and a hidden thin hood in the collar for unexpected rain showers. The rich wool details on the collar, cuffs, and storm flap give the jacket an ultimate sense of luxury.
