Rioja Vintage Rating 1968: VERY GOOD
It remains for 12 months in large wooden vats until malolactic fermentation is complete and is stabilized before being aged in barrels. The wine matures for approximately 10 years in semi-new 225-liter barrels, 70% American oak and 30% French oak. Depending on the vintage, it rests for between 36 and 60 months in the winery's cellars before being marketed in the early 1980s.
