BROOKSBY’s Bubble Gum diptych - XXL is an original acrylic on canvas two-panel artwork, created in 2025, measuring 156 x 58 cm, signed on front and back, ready to hang, with a nature-inspired abstract in neon pink, teal blue and green, originating from France and mounted on wooden stretcher bars with an authenticity certificate.
Description from the seller
Ready to hang!
Bubble Gum is a bright and versatile two panel abstract. It can be hung in various directions.
The format can be 156 x 58 cm or 116 x 78 cm or the two canvases can be slightly separated like in the main photo. The two panels can be hung vertically or horizontally (portrait or panoramic)
It is done in layered transparencies with the wet on wet technique and limited palette of high quality acrylics. The flashy néon pink is a fluorescent color that contrasts well with the teal blue. The blue is a mix of artists pigments and Luxens Miami Blue N°4
Please note that the actual colours may vary from what your screen shows. The pink it neon fluorescent.

What they say about me:
Virginia Salaorni of Street level Gallery in Florence says Brooksby demonstrates mastery of mixed media combined with a highly personal approach to colour. Her use of colour is mature and rich, and not decorative; the pictorial material generates visual depth. The handling of space is effective too, with dynamic, well-balanced compositions.
One of the most successful aspects of Brooksby-Arcangioli’s work is her ability to convey visual sensuality through colour itself. The paint, applied either thickly or in translucent layers, invites an almost tactile experience, making the works engaging at different viewing distances. The inclusion of gold and silver leaf not only gives a precious and decorative appearance, but also introduces iridescent light reflections that vary with natural or artificial light, making the experience of the work dynamic and alive. There is also a refined awareness of composition; the distribution of colour masses across the surface reveals an underlying structure that is solid yet never random
What I think:
Clients say my paintings bring light to their space. And that is my goal, to bring light and joy.
I live on the French Riviera often I paint outside en plein air and my atelier is in my art gallery — La Nouvelle Galerie Massillon. I am inspired by nature.
Where I live and where I've exhibited:
I am a professional painter who was born in New York and holds a degree in figurative sculpture from MICA in Maryland, USA. I lived 20 + years painting the Tuscan countryside, 14 years in Paris painting Contemporary Urban. And now I live on the French Riviera where I have the Nouvelle Galerie Massillon in Hyères. I have exhibited in over 100 exhibitions and in art fairs and galleries in Paris, NYC, Amsterdam, Saint Tropez, Cannes, Marseilles, Beruit, Honfleur, Milan, Rome, Florence… and more. I was awarded many prizes, and scholarships for my painting, photography and sculpture. I have the courage to change styles and medium, or countries.
I am known mostly for figurative painting but since 2018 I make big bold abstracts that I consider to be decor. I sell them through Catawiki and directly in my galerie in Hyères.
