永久勝斎 Nagahisa Shōsai (b 1937)
A Hagi ware potter from Hagi, Yamaguchi Prefecture. He trained under Yoshida Hagien in 1965 and later established his own kiln, Tōshōan. Known for traditional Hagi ware techniques, he produces tea bowls and other tea utensils characterized by soft glazes, natural textures, and expressive crackle patterns.
