F.Mollenhauer - Solist. - - Musical instrument - Germany - 1930

The three flutes are in very good condition, nearly a century old. The first, from the brand F.Mollenhauer, is the Solist model with a metal key; the pad is intact as well as its cork assemblies. It measures 65.5 centimeters long and weighs 400 grams. The second, made of noble wood, is divided into two parts and has a silver ring; it measures 33 centimeters and weighs 90 grams. The last one is made of ebony with silver-plated applications on its tips; it measures 37 centimeters and weighs 123 grams. All three are tuned and sound very good.
