Palo Cortado Nº7 “Solera 20 años” 93Points Peñin
The Palo Cortado are oenological rarities that can only be found among the oldest breeds of generous wines. This wine comes from one of the oldest soleras of the Alvear. It integrates the aromatic power of the amontillados, with a full and forceful mouth typical of the olorosos.
Oloroso Viejo Catón “Solera 20 años” 95 Points Peñin
Generous wine made through oxidative aging, in old American oak boots, by the traditional system
of criaderas and soleras with sacks and dew, until completing an average age of at least 20 years.
Amontillado Secular “Solera 20 años”

It comes from the 1st breeding of the Amontillados de la Sacristy scale, in the cellar of La Casa, it is a wine that, although it has a long old age, is kind and subtle, with all the salinity and style of the Amontillados of the Alvear family.
