This is a hanging scroll depicting morning glories.

The signature and seal are “岳水 Gakusui”.

◯Ide Gakusui 井出岳水（1899-1978）／
　Born in Yamanashi Prefecture in 1899.
　He was skilled in painting flowers and birds.
　He passed away in 1978 at the age of 80.

There are stains and dirt due to aging.

This is an antique item.
