Tasting notes:
Complex, silky and textural, the Santenay Premier Cru enjoys a bouquet of toasted oak, elegant earthy notes, vanilla and warm spice - the perfect accompaniment to honey duck breast, roast chicken and ravioles au foie gras.

Nose:
Lovely red and black fruit from the forest combined with floral and spice. The toasted oak and vanilla combined with the spice give this complex wine a beautiful bouquet.

Palate:
A very long wine carried with well-balanced tannin. Earthy aromas, truffle, violet and white pepper are combined with intense fruit.
