David Schulman (1881-1966) - Hout lossen in de Amsterdamse haven

David Schulman was a pupil of his father Lion Schulman, who also owned a paint supplies shop in Hilversum. He lived and worked mainly in Laren for most of his life. He was one of the most renowned painters of the Larense School. His winter scenes and Amsterdam cityscapes were particularly sought after.
