AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Ancient crystal and solid wood liquor cabinet, 19th century, in the style of Talentus.

Rare late 19th-century liquor cabinet, consisting of three thick-cut crystal bottles, presented in their original solid wood stand, probably walnut, with metal elements and an upper handle.

The carafes feature a deep and regular shape with geometric star and lattice patterns, characteristic of high-quality productions from the second half of the 19th century. Each is equipped with its original faceted crystal stopper, perfectly fitted. The overall appearance is homogeneous.

The solid wood support, with scrolled side uprights, is reinforced by a metal frame and original fittings. The top handle allows for easy transport. The base is internally compartmentalized with wooden dividers. Beautiful antique patina, elegant proportions, and meticulous craftsmanship.

Through the quality of the crystal, the design of the bottles, and the construction of the support, this set can be associated with productions attributed to Talentus, a renowned house specializing in liqueur cellars and crystal tableware in the late 19th century.

Fairly good condition. Crystal clear and shiny. Wood in good condition with light signs of use consistent with age. Original metal.
Important: one of the carafes has a different neck, and there are chips and cracks, as well as scratches on the three visible carafes in the photos.

Dimensions :
Length 34 cm
Height with handle 29.5 cm
Width 13 cm

Work at the end of the 19th century.

Beautiful decorative and functional ensemble that exemplifies the refinement of 19th-century table arts.

Please read the description carefully; the carafes are not perfect, and the key is present, but I don't dare to use it, so consider it decorative and non-functional.
