Description from the seller
Emmanuelle II: The sublimation of desire
In this stunning color photograph, the artist explores the territories of sensuality through the prism of the 'Emmanuelle' series.
The work is a vibrant homage to the aesthetic liberated from erotic films of the 1968-1978 decade. However, the artist's strength lies in their ability to transcend their inspiration. They use a 'polished,' almost icy aesthetic to sculpt light and bodies, transforming an erotic scene into a composition of pure art. The result is an image that is both unsettling and perfectly controlled, where desire is sublimated by photographic rigor.
This is a centerpiece for any serious contemporary photography collector. Limited edition. Catawiki exclusivity.
Impression Fine Art on Epson Archival Mat paper, of a very beautiful and refined quality.

Born in Switzerland in 1996, Alinghi developed an early passion for photography, beginning his practice at the age of 12. He then formalized his approach by pursuing university studies in photography and was quickly recognized by his peers, winning several awards for the quality of his work.
Alinghi defines himself as an eclectic photographer, but his work focuses primarily on two distinct areas: artistic nude photography and motorsports.
In his work focusing on the female figure, he seeks to capture the essence of a beauty that is both wild and raw, and of harmonious serenity. His aim is to highlight these subtle contrasts through the development of dedicated photographic series.
Alinghi presents his work on his website and organizes on average one solo exhibition per year to share his most recent creations.
"The photographer focuses on exploring the body in its natural environment, seeking authenticity and emotion rather than mere aesthetics." U.G.
