Vittorio Nattino, a self-taught painter, dedicates himself equally to the techniques of oil and watercolor.
An artist linked to the Ligurian 19th-century tradition, however, pays attention to innovative artistic movements, particularly the work of Previati, and is especially attracted to Symbolist atmospheres.
Painter lover of nature mainly creates works depicting Ligurian beaches (Prà, Pegli, Boccadasse, etc.), views of the lagoon (Venice, Chioggia), and countryside landscapes (including snowy ones).
In 1934, he was appointed Academic of Merit at the Ligustica of Genoa; during his long artistic career, he actively participated in numerous exhibitions both in Italy and abroad.
Vittorio Nattino has been part of the 'Gruppo Artisti Genovesi' since 1948, alongside many talented painters: Cavasanti, Lombardo, Gatto, Pergola, and others; he was also a member of the 'Gruppo degli Acquarellisti liguri' with Craffonara, among others.
Participate in various art exhibitions, including those at the Società Promotrice di Belle Arti and the V Interprovincial Art Exhibition.
