Description: I present to you a beautiful set of 5 volumes containing the famous 'Essais Historiques Sur Paris' (Historical Essays on Paris), a work by the French writer and historian Germain-François Poullain de Saint-Foix (1698 - 1776).
The condition of the books is very good, as shown in the photos.
The copy is illustrated with a beautiful portrait of the author engraved in wood, initial letters, and cul-de-lampes.
