The main stone is an approximately 1.62 ct oval cabochon coral, mounted in an open setting to enhance its natural color.

Quality note
The coral of the piece is probably from the Mediterranean Sea. Precious stones are often treated to enhance their color or clarity, but this was not verified in this object.
