Brunello di Montalcino Riserva di Caparzo is produced only and exclusively in the best years, from grapes personally selected by the oenologist Massimo Bracalente. The grapes come from vineyards located in the northern area of ​​Montalcino at an altitude of 220 meters above sea level and partly from vineyards located south of Montalcino at 270 meters above sea level. In both cases the vineyards are on sandy-stony Pliocene soils and exposed to the south, south-east. The Riserva reaches its best expression a few years after bottling. Produced in a limited number of bottles, the Riserva is intended for a particularly prepared and attentive public of enthusiasts. A classic and complete reserve capable of awakening unique sensations in the most expert palates. The first vintage of Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Riserva Caparzo dates back to 1980. The wine is characterized by a longevity that can reach up to 40 years.
