Exceptional hand crafted quality early 20th century sterling 925 silver gilt unique made to order ceremonial life size key with commemorative inscription "Opened by Roger Ropner Esq. 27th October 1921"
Sir (Emil Hugo Oscar) Robert Ropner, 1st Baronet (born Röpner; 16 December 1838 – 26 February 1924) was a German-British shipbuilder, shipowner, and Conservative Member of Parliament.
Fully hallmarked Birmingham Assay Office guarantee for 925 silver and "w" date letter for 1921 together with T & J Bragg silversmith's mark "T&J.B"
