Light blue and white
2025

Since 2018, Warren Podguszer, known by his pseudonym Wawapod, has immersed himself in the world of Pop Art and street art in Paris, developing a unique style that fuses geometry and popular iconography. His work is distinguished by the reuse of iconic icons through accumulations of dots, paying homage to art history and popular figures he admires.

His works often have a
first abstract reading which becomes figurative depending on the distance at which one stands. He likes the idea that each person who observes his works does not necessarily see the same thing but above all he likes to play with the eye of the observer.

By diverting certain masterpieces, he aims to have them rediscovered
it aims to engage the general public and invites them to explore art history in a fun, modern and democratic way.

Possibility of retrieving the work in the Île-de-France region.

This work is a unique piece signed by hand on the back and front by the artist.

Technique: spray paint and acrylic on art paper.

Wawapod is a Parisian artist and street artist who has exhibited extensively across the country. His works are featured in several galleries in France and Europe.

WAWAPOD belongs to the same artistic movement as: Jacques Villeglé, Invader, Jef Aerosol, Speedy Graphito, Vhils, Banksy, Mr. Brainwash, Obey Shepard Fairey, Onemizer, C215, Basquiat, Keith Haring, Andy Warhol, and Jérôme Mesnager.
