Description from the seller
Rare brooch / Vintage pendant in 18K rose gold with precious Pacific coral (Torre del Greco).
I present to you a beautiful and refined vintage brooch, a jewel full of history and affection, coming from a family inheritance. This piece, which belonged to my mother, combines classic elegance with the high Italian craftsmanship of Artigianato Torrese: L'Eccellenza del Corallo.
The heart of this jewel is the stunning Pacific Coral plaque (Pleurocorallium elatius), known for its warm and intense coloration.
This plaque was handcrafted by the renowned professionals Torresi (Torre del Greco, Naples), artisans whose skill in coral sculpture is recognized worldwide. The setting is made of 750 Red Gold (18 karats), as evidenced by the hallmark visible on the back. It is estimated to date back to the mid-20th century (1950s/1960s).
Versatile Elegance and Details The brooch is not only an elegant accessory, but is also designed for versatility, being able to be adapted as a pendant or a pendant, depending on your preference. Its harmonious dimensions make it suitable for any context, immediately lending a touch of elegance and discreet prestige. Dimensions: Approximately 3 x 2.5 cm, while the total weight is approximately 3.8 grams.
Complete with its box, the overall condition is good, with the normal and charming signs of aging that attest to its age.
The packaging will be handled with the utmost care and professionalism. Shipping will be via a well-known, reliable express courier, with a trackable service and insurance for the full value of the jewelry, ensuring the utmost safety of your precious purchase.
