Vineyards & Winemaking
Sourced from select vineyards in the heart of Penedès, where cool Mediterranean breezes and calcareous soils give grapes both ripeness and tension. Made in the traditional method (Méthode Champenoise), with secondary fermentation in the bottle and an exceptionally long aging on the lees. No dosage is added, allowing the natural purity and minerality of the wine to shine through.

Aging
Aged for more than 48 months on the lees, this Gran Reserva gains remarkable complexity, creamy texture, and delicate autolytic notes while maintaining its vibrant freshness.
