This wine is made from Tempranillo grapes grown in the Viña Garugele vineyard, a singular vineyard planted in 1940, personally selected by Carlos Moro to craft an exceptional red wine.

Winemaking Process

The production of Viña Garugele focuses on preserving and enhancing the unique characteristics of the vineyard.
• Manual harvesting in boxes, with a double selection process (first by bunch and then grape by grape).
• Fermentation with native yeasts, to maintain the typical characteristics of the Serrano terroir.
• Aging in oak barrels (80% French oak, 20% American oak) with light toasting, complementing the fruit-forward nature of the Tempranillo grape.
• Bottle aging to refine its elegant and noble tannins.
