In which, besides the principles and more prominent controversies of Roman law, current law and the main court questions are also examined - The Hague, Abraham de Hondt, 1716 - 2 volumes - (20) 974 (61); (8) 1180 (68) pages - Folio, handsome blind-stamped covers with a central ornament on the boards and ribs on the spine.
Good. Slightly stained tires, a few superficial scratches, some impact marks. Interior discolored, browned/foxing, only minor creases/wrinkles, a chip from the margin of three pages, a tear, a few millimeters to 1 cm, in the margin of 5 pages.
Part 1: right knee at the bottom approximately 2 cm torn, left knee at the bottom up to the second rib; vertical tear up to just over the halfway point of page 297/298.
Right knee torn 1cm at the top and bottom, left knee torn at the top up to just past the first rib.
Complete in two parts (some editions are issued in four parts).
Weight approximately 8kg, without packaging.
