Handsome, and complete three volumes set by the well-known American masonic and researcher, Albert Mackey (Albert Gallatin Mackey (March 12, 1807 – June 20, 1881) was an American medical doctor and author. He is best known for his books and articles about freemasonry, particularly the Masonic Landmarks).

The volumes are profusely illustrated with colour frontispieces, colour plates, black and white plates, diagrams, and many woodcuts illustrations. Published by The Masonic History Company, 1953 - 1956. Publishers’ original blue boards, with black decorations, and Masonic symbols motifs and gilt letterings on upper covers and spines. Top page edges gilt.

Book Dimensions: 26 x 18 x 4 and Number of Pages (3 volumes): 1584
Weight over 4.2 kg without packaging

Condition
The set is beautifully bound, designed and illustrated. Firm and well-bound volumes. External covers are clean and in nice shape, with light wear to corners and spine ends. Inside the binding is in scarcely found condition holding fairly tight with no missing or loose pages. No names or inscriptions. Pages are clean. The illustrated plates remain colourful and striking (Handsome set) (Please see pictures).
