Haftarsh - Thora - 1966

This work, composed in Times New Roman, size 14 and 10, and in Janson Roman, size 12 and 11 italic, at the printing house eFGY in Lyon, was completed on November 15, 1966, at the Presses de l'Istituto Italiano d'Arti Grafiche in Bergamo, and bound in copper and silver, with clips, according to a 17th-century model, by the printer. Legal deposit no. 1, fourth quarter of 1966.

The completion of this work was made possible thanks to the kind collaboration of Victor Klagsbald, who provided us with his valuable collection of ancient Hebrew books. From this collection, we selected the three volumes reproduced in this edition, as well as the model for the binding, a reproduction of an 18th-century Polish binding.
