Mike Tyson (born June 30, 1966) is an American former professional boxer and one of the most dominant heavyweights in history. Known as Iron Mike, Kid Dynamite, and The Baddest Man on the Planet, he became the youngest heavyweight champion ever at age 20 and reigned as the undisputed champion from 1987 to 1990. Tyson won his first 19 fights by knockout—12 in the first round—and became the first heavyweight to hold the WBA, WBC, and IBF titles simultaneously.

He later regained the WBA and WBC titles in 1996 and fought notable opponents including Holyfield, Lewis, and Spinks. Outside the ring, Tyson remained a global cultural figure and was inducted into both the International Boxing Hall of Fame and the World Boxing Hall of Fame.
