Valentina Andrees was born in Ukraine and discovered her passion for painting at a young age. She began painting with oil on canvas as a child and developed a distinctive style early on. After relocating to Germany, she continued her artistic career, refined her technique, and quickly gained recognition in national and international art circles.
Throughout her career, she exhibited her works worldwide – her paintings were displayed in renowned galleries in Europe, Asia, and America. Many of her pieces are now part of private collections around the globe.
The artist is an active member of the Society of Animal Artists and has been repeatedly recognized for her work. Awards and honors acknowledge her extraordinary talent as well as her unique approach to depicting animals and humans.
In recent years, she has mainly lived and worked in Sicily, Italy. Many of her current works are created there, inspired by the Mediterranean landscape and the unique light of southern Italy.
