Le Yack presents 'Forbidden Apple - Handmade! - unique work', a 60 x 60 cm acrylic and spray painting on canvas signed by the artist, created in 2023 in France, sold direct from the artist, in good condition.
Description from the seller
Oil painting. Unique work. Handmade canvas, oil and acrylic paint. Delivered on a frame. 60x60 cm.
Against a vibrant backdrop of pink and yellow, a familiar female figure is reborn: Snow White, reimagined by Le Yack in a modern, pop, urban style.
The artist reinterprets the codes of innocence and fairy tales to create a contemporary icon. The apple, placed like a mask, becomes a symbol of desire, silence, and provocation.
Between irony and beauty, 'Forbidden Apple' questions modern temptation and the construction of the female image through popular myths.
The artist Le Yack's style is a bold blend of pop art, street art, and classical and modern painting. For his research, he uses his graphic tablet to create unique visual worlds, merging various digital resources and exploring a variety of artistic techniques (Photoshop software, drawing on Procreate, and different royalty-free image resources and AI).
