Description from the seller
The Lost Kama Sutra. Copy no. 209 of the prestigious facsimile edition published by Siloé (Barcelona), produced in a unique and unrepeatable edition of 600 copies numbered in Arabic numerals, alongside an additional 100 non-commercial copies numbered in Roman numerals.
The volume faithfully reproduces a richly illustrated Indo-Persian manuscript, with 119 full-page miniatures, and features a handcrafted Persian-style binding, with a tripartite, gilded, embossed cover, following the models of the Safavid and Mughal schools.
Absolutely relevant is the presence of the original notarial certificate, signed and stamped by notary José-Manuel Terol Raduán, with the official seal of the Consejo General del Notariado Español (deed dated January 14, 2011, protocol number 31).
This document guarantees the complete authenticity of the print run and is very rare on the collector's market.
