Stefano Giovannoni (La Spezia, 1954) is one of the most prolific and influential Italian industrial designers and architects internationally. In 2016, he founded Qeeboo, a next-generation brand specializing in figurative and narrative objects.
Giovannoni has collaborated with over 300 international companies, creating products that have become true bestsellers: Alessi: The Girotondo series (more than 7 million units sold), Mami, and playful plastic objects like Merdolino and Magic Bunny; Magis: The Bombo stool, considered one of the most copied products in the history of design; Qeeboo: The Rabbit Chair, a chair shaped like a rabbit where the ears serve as the backrest, becoming an icon of contemporary design.
