They matured for 12 years in bourbon, whiskey and finally Oloroso sherry casks. The aroma is with notes of roasted coffee, chocolate, tobacco, ripe fruit and vanilla. The taste is very soft, full, there are notes of dark chocolate, vanilla, barrel and the finish is very soft with fruity notes.
