Vintage solid wood curved-back chair, model ad arco, made in Italy by Pizzetti Roma and dating to the second half of the 20th century (around 1980), in good used condition with minor signs of age, brown finish, seating height 46 cm, dimensions 60 cm depth by 52 cm width by 77 cm height, weight 10 kg.

Arch-backed chair made of solid wood, produced in Italy in the second half of the 20th century.
Also known as the captain's chair or the smoking chair, it is created in Victorian revival style with the care and attention characteristic of Italian carpentry.
Built with selected woods, which display fine-grain details and rich nuances, dating from the late 20th century, around 1980.
A high-quality Victorian Revival piece, crafted by the Pizzetti firm of Rome (Italy), featuring a superb traditional shape, excellent comfort, and a rich natural color.
It features a wide arched backrest that blends elegantly into the horseshoe-shaped armrest.
Eight obliquely twisted castings provide solid support for the backrest and the armrests.
Saddle-shaped seat with a pronounced crown, providing a comfortable seating position at a height of 46 cm,
Raised on four turned legs, connected by an H-shaped arm to ensure strength and balance.
Manufacturer's mark burned into the underside of the seat.
