Silver sugar bowl, from Germany/Austria. The silver content is marked as 12 which you can see on the base. This indicates 12/16 of silver purity or .750 this was a method used in Germany and Austria until the late 19th Century. The other hall mark C D with a butterfly of moth, I believe was a stamp made by the government to confirm collection of taxes.
