My painting depicts BOLLE caught in a suspended moment, as if the body were traversed by the music that moves it from within. The figure dances in a broad, fluid leap: the arms sketch an arc in the air, the torso is taut yet harmonious, the legs bend with elegance, suggesting lightness and absolute control.
The painting is tactile, vibrant. The blue and ochre tones of the background resemble sound waves that spread through space, while splashes of red and earth introduce rhythm, passion, and a nearly physical vibration, like the crackling of an old gramophone. The music is not visible, but it can be perceived: it is scratched, warm, analog, and guides every movement of the body.
