Marco Pisano presents La Transumanza, an original, hand-signed acrylic on canvas work with mixed media dating from 2020 or later, measuring 70 cm high by 50 cm wide on a 100% cotton canvas, sold directly by the artist.
Description from the seller
Marco Pisano (also known as Junk on IG, we_need_colors_) is an Italian artist who has had a need for art since he was young.
The 'we need colors' abstract collection was born in 2018. I wanted to simulate the strength, in simplicity, of life and nature. I tried to entrust the color to the strength of the earth, with an instinctive, natural, light, and essential gesture.
In this work, the color rests on a jute canvas. A natural element that gives the painting a natural, rustic, raw, and authentic character.
Transhumance is the ancient pastoral practice that involves the seasonal migration of flocks (sheep), herds (cattle), and shepherds between lowland pastures and mountain pastures, following the rhythm of the seasons.
To date, the collection includes over 200 works located in Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, England, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Austria, Switzerland, Ukraine, Monaco, Romania, Slovenia; Hungary, Japan, and the United States.
Technique: Acrylic on canvas
100% cotton fabric, high-quality wooden frame.
Frame not required
Shipped with original frame, in a box with professional packaging.
